Welcome to the Legion Family
Hovious-Grayson American Legion Post 112, now located at 100 Business Center Parkway, Suite C, in Pearl, Mississippi, has been a steadfast presence in the veteran community since its founding in 1959. As a 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization, the post is dedicated to providing social and recreational activities for members and hospitalized veterans, and our community by offering assistance to those in need, and promoting patriotic initiatives.
The post hosts regular events, including bingo nights and live music performances, fostering community engagement and support for veterans and their families. In 2024, Post 112 transitioned from its longtime Jackson location to its new home in Pearl, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to serving the veteran community.
MONTHLY MEMERSHIP MEETINGS
We invite all our members to join us at our monthly membership meeting on the Second Thursday of each month. Our members provide a potluck meal starting at 7:00 PM. Membership meetings follow the meal at 8:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM. All members are welcome.

Be the One is The American Legion’s leading national initiative to prevent veteran suicide by breaking the stigma around mental health, encouraging open conversations, and empowering the public through free, evidence‑based suicide‑prevention training. The program mobilizes Legionnaires, families, and communities to check in on veterans, connect those at risk with resources, and ensure every veteran knows it’s “OK to not be OK”—because even one life lost is too many.
